Our client is an established energy company in Central Europe that specializes in the supply of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and related energy solutions. In addition to traditional energy supply, the company also offers personalized consulting, modern tank solutions, and services related to installation, maintenance, and safety. The goal is to provide flexible and comparatively lower-emission energy alternatives and to enable customers to have an independent and efficient energy supply.

To strengthen the team, we are currently seeking a technically skilled Business and Data Value Manager (m/w) for the Vienna office. This is a newly created role in this you will directly manage two team members one Data and Analytics Manager and one Business Analyst.

• Managing sprints and delivery cycles

• Escalation management and monitoring the resolution of technical issues

• Drive the strategic convergence between data management capabilities and its business software solutions to improve the Business-IT alignment

• Unify the technical "data factory" (Azure platforms) and the functional "business product" teams under a single, value-driven governance

• Align technical roadmaps

• Transformation from data assets into high-impact operational tools

• Improve communication with the business by prioritizing and following business projects

• Solid experience in managing IT projects (SAP management, development of application dashboards, coordination tools, evaluation dashboards) is required

• At least 5 years of experience in project management and successful project delivery

• Strong ability to report to internal stakeholders, identify needs, and prioritize accordingly

• Proven experience in managing external service providers

• Expertise of data and cloud technologies (Azure (Fabric), Power BI, SQL)

• Very good knowledge in Microsoft 365 environment

• Experience in the energy sector required

• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory and also German

• Good knowledge of French is a plus

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills

• Ability and willingness to structure and improve processes
